Creates a timestamped message that specifies the configuration of current to drive LED 1.

timestamp double

The timestamp of the message payload, in seconds.

messageType MessageType

Specifies the type of the created message.

Returns

HarpMessage

A new timestamped message for the Led1MaxCurrent register.
