Creates a timestamped message that sets the direction of the protocol execution.

Parameters

timestamp double

The timestamp of the message payload, in seconds.

messageType MessageType

Specifies the type of the created message.

Returns

HarpMessage

A new timestamped message for the ProtocolDirection register.
