Creates a timestamped message that sets the pulse width of the Servo1 pulses (us).

timestamp double

The timestamp of the message payload, in seconds.

messageType MessageType

Specifies the type of the created message.

Returns

HarpMessage

A new timestamped message for the Servo1PulseWidth register.
