Creates a timestamped message that sets the pulse width of the Servo2 pulses (us).

timestamp double

The timestamp of the message payload, in seconds.

messageType MessageType

Specifies the type of the created message.

HarpMessage

A new timestamped message for the Servo2PulseWidth register.
